I am a professional, motivated and competent individual with a track record of providing excellent customer service. I have been in a managerial role nearly all my working life. I have taken on tasks without fear and proved my abilities. I have also researched and developed the structures that resulted in a successful and lucrative occupation. It was with Bass, that I projected my Management, Event Catering & Organising , Training, and Career development skills. I progressed from a Licensed House manager to a Retail Business Team Leader This role involved, liaising between Licensed House Managers and Senior Management, recruitment and Training of new Managers, also ongoing supervision of the Managers, and the day to day running of their outlets.I was then offered a position as a Training Consultant training and assessing Candidates for NVQ and Modern Apprenticeship Qualifications. I was then promoted to Centre Internal Verifier, responsible for monitoring Training Consultants quality of Training Delivery.
I was then unemployed for a period of time.
I then moved into a Retail Management Position with RS McColls
I then bettered my career prospects as National Operations Manager, for a security/Inustrial Cleaning company, responsible for overseeing all Company contracts.staff,standards of work, budgets, Customer service. I did this with great success.
In July 2008 I took on the position of Senior Centre Manager based at the Clydebank Shopping Centre Glasgow. I was responsible for Property Maintenance contracts,Inspections, Refurbishing of Units, Rentals of Units, Rent Collection and arrears control.Control and Management for 120 Retail Units in two shopping Malls.Also Relief Management in other Centres.
