This project is a complete branding and renaming proposal for a special school for boys with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.
The whole concept of the brand was to grant ownership and responsibility to the school’s students.
The mirror-image design of the logo type reflects the two-way trust between staff and students that is so important to an environment such as this school.
The large bold letters of the logo were designed to act as frames for customised backgrounds. These backgrounds could be created by the students, giving them the opportunity to have their own versions of the logo used by the school, but also giving them the responsibility of ensuring that this background was appropriate.
