Create A Facebook Stream

Check out our Guidelines To Creating A Facebook Stream

Get your social media streams with your Facebook news, blogs and posts and your Twitter feed featured in your profile on iHubbub by following these quick and easy steps. You may want to pop over to iHubbub's Member's Activity Streams and see how your blogs, posts and tweets will be featured on iHubbub's home based working social network.

Set Up Your Facebook RSS Stream

1. Login to your 'My Profile' link in your iHubbub account.

2. Click on 'Edit My Account.

3. Select 'My Stream'. Add your Twitter and YouTube username. Nothing else is needed with Twitter and YouTube feeds. Your tweets on Twitter and your comments on YouTube will automatically populate in your account.

4. To include your Facebook feed, click this link to create your Facebook Stream. It will open a new window and you will land on a page called 'Export Your Facebook Status To RSS'.

* Please note: if the Login button shown in the image below does not work - this is on Facebook's side - try adding your email and password in the top right hand corner.

This will NOT give you the 'Request for Permission page, which is shown below this image, but it will take you directly to a page displaying your RSS feed - which is the 3rd image below.

7. Add this link shown above into your account under 'My Stream'. Please select the link called 'Your Own Posts Only'. This link only shows your Facebook news, blogs and posts. The other one shows everything that comes into your Facebook account and will clutter up your personal social media stream on iHubbub.

In your 'My Stream' tab, you will see a field called 'Facebook Status RSS Feed URL'. Save this setting and navigate back to your 'My Profile' where you will now see the Facebook Stream along with your Twitter Stream. This is an example how it will look in your account.
